Email pop-up window does not appear for certain roles
This only happens for certain roles: For a transaction (e.g. Estimate or Sales Order), I'll click on the Email button (or Action -> Email) but the pop-up email message window will not appear. Nothing happens. If I switch to a different role (e.g. Admin) the window appears. Note: the email button is a standard action (not custom).
I've looked at the role settings and made sure to include the Email Template permissions, but other than that I don't know which to add to enable this. Help?
