Epad Signing Pad Issue - Unsigned Invoices

Hi Guys, I was wondering if any of you can maybe shed some light on this situation.

We are using Epad Vision signing pads for signatures that works with on Google Chrome with the use of a extension/plugin that was created by a 3rd party netsuite group.

We had a scheduled database move as the below.
Your Data Center Move Timeline:
June 13 - July 29, 2016 - Verify that your account is not tied to a specific data center and make changes as needed to prepare for the data center move
August 12, 2016 - Account move”

Our signing pads stopped working on the 27th of August 2016 which was a good few days after the data center move.
