Sandbox Refresh Issues?
Hi all,
We've just been hit with the new 'sandbox refresh status = delayed' (see https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/51284/kw/sandbox%20delayed). Has anyone faced this yet? We've obviously escalated via support and our AM, but don't have any sense of ETA. With our sandbox totally down we have an idle dev-team. Any advice/insights?
