Cannot login as customer

Hello,

About an hour ago a customer who has previously had access to log into NetSuite, to enter a case, notified us that when trying to login they get an error message saying invalid id. When we click the link to login as the customer, under the Access tab, it gives the same error. If I copy the link and look at it, there's no individualized id in the url. I noticed there was a case support update last night, I'm wondering if this affected the login. Does anyone else use the Access tab for their customers? If so, are you
