What is wrong withthe European Data Center is is up and down like a YO YO

All this week we are thrown off Netsuite then a few seconds later it is working again. It is driving us completely nuts. We are constantly telling customers we are sorry the system is down... it is both embarrassing and means that my work force is not working at full capacity.
