Service is very unstable from UTC 06:00 08-12-2016.

We are in Hong Kong. We uses NetSuite for accounting purpose.
The services was very unstable from UTC 06:00 08-12-2016. In these 2 hours, sometimes the record not able to save, sometimes loading unreasonable long time...
