Netsuite searches timing out

Recently some of my searches have started to time out during peak usage hours(8-5).  I'm looking to trouble shoot our resource usage, is there somewhere I can see performance numbers on the Oracle database side, cpu usage, ram, disk usage, ect on our Netsuite environment?

I'm not sure where else to post this.
