Ideas on how to cancel Work Order batches

Hello,

We have an issue were work order batches that were running at about 1000-1500 records per hour are now processing 1 record per 10 minutes.

This is causing any transaction to save slow. (sales order, purchase order, etc)

Would anyone know how to cancel batches?

This is covered in Netsuite issues 446172 (build work orders slow) and 446198 (save sales order slow).

Any ideas would be great!
