Search returns negative quantities on invoices - JUST started
Thought I would throw this out there while sitting on hold with NetSuite support.
My customer reported that a custom Transaction field based off of a search was suddenly giving incorrect info. Simple search, Mainline No and summing the quantities of each line.
Starting a few hours ago, (most) all the results were coming back negative. So I make a copy of the search and remove the sum so I can see the line item quantity data. Initially, 2 out of 3 lines were returning a negative quantity for the Invoice Lines. After a half hour of scratching my head, NOW ALL 3 line items are reporting the negative quantity shown on the invoice.
