Campaign Groups not accepted.

I am trying to send a campaign to my customers only 37,000. I enter the group, template and offer and hit save and I get the same error  message each time "Please enter value(s) for: Target Group, Template, Title"

This is driving me nuts. I have a campaign domain so as far as I can see the system should accept 37,000 but it won't. If I enter a smaller group it works.


Does anyone know if there is an undocumented limit and if so what it is?

Why do I have to split my campaigns into small blasts?
