What script is generatint a specific Notice message "This record cannot be deleted, because it

Hi Community,

I am getting a notice message when saving a Customer after editing the vatregnumber (changing the value in this field that was incorrect).
I want to confirm what script is doing this check and sending this notice?

- Already tried undeploying the user event scripts

Any suggestions?
