Changes with Discount Items and Sales Tax logic
Did NetSuite update functionality in July in regards to applying sales tax to discounted sales orders? We have several discount codes that are used to give free products to clients. Through 6/30/2017, the codes worked perfectly - if a customer applied the code to their order, they did not have to pay for the item. After June of this year, we received calls from several people trying to place a free order, stating that the system was trying to charge them tax.
I've also noticed that a few of our entry forms have changed (subtabs have moved around) and as the only system admin, I haven't changed any forms.
