Changing new Netsuite window pop-up location?

We're experimenting with some ultra-wide monitors and are finding that the Netsuite UI pop-ups are hard to manage.  They (like adding a note) always open in pop up windows to the far top-left of the screen.  Is there a way to change the default location of new NetSuite windows?  I've looked for Chrome plugins but none of them seem to do exactly what we need.
