Bug reports / feedback on Commerce API

Does anyone know if there's specific bug reporting or feedback channel for the Commerce API?

I'm working with it at the moment and have now found a couple of issues which I think are probably bugs which need reporting - but, equally, may just be odd behaviour which needs clarifying by someone conversant with the inner workings of the API. The latest one is registerCustomer() taking two passwords as input, but still working if the passwords differ, which I'm assuming is not intended behaviour?!
