Save and Print not working

I really thought I saw this topic a few years ago but I can not find it.. 

Here is my Issue:

I have several users (All with different rights / roles) that when they click "Save&Print"  the record saves but fails to open the PDF to print, all they get is a blank screen.

Does anyone have the same issues and know a solution..
