URGENT: NetSuite extremely slow

Multiple users are reporting NetSuite performance issues since yesterday afternoon.
2+ minutes to open a customer for some users.

I have opened a support case and status.netsuite.com is reporting all clear.

Is anyone else seeing issues we are in the NA3 data center
