Saved search gets emailed nightly as CSV. The issue; the CSV file is chopped off. 1000 lines missin

A saved search of active items has roughly 6,200 lines when the results are viewed in NetSuite.  The CSV file that it emails every night is chopped off at line # 5485.  What could cause that?
