Commisison Calc

The Authorize commission mutli-select is not working as it has been for years... Has anyone else experienced a change this month (MAY 2018) where NetSuite's support solution is to select one or two employees at a time or 10 to 20 invoice lines with commissions for ONE employee to post? What used to take 10 minutes will now take hours based on customer supports "work around"...
