FedEx rates mismatch
Hi All,
For our Canada FedEx account, I noticed there’s a rate difference between NS and FedEx (logged into the account) – screenshots below
We contacted NetSuite and went back and forth with support a bit, and now they’re basically saying it’s a FedEx issue. (detail response from NetSuite below)
Just curious if anyone heard of anything about this? It just doesn’t make sense to me that Netsuite would have different higher rates and FedEx would be able to fix it.
