Issues with revenue recognition module. Need recommendations.

We've been unable to use the rev recognition module since April 24th and were just told by support, the issue won't be resolved until May 17th. Anyone else having issues?

In addition to not being able to create system generated revenue recognition journals, which is a huge problem for a high volume project based services business, there is also a defect with standard KPIs on dashboards and I was told this won't be fixed for another 3-6 weeks.

Not sure what's going on with the company, but the lack of reliability we're experiencing is unprecedented and unacceptable.
