SuiteTalk timeouts - anyone else having trouble right now?

Most of our SuiteTalk operations are timing out. I've tried to submit a case online and that has also been spinning for 10 minutes (not submitting). I signed in expecting to see a bunch of other reports, but not the case. Are my problems isolated?
