Mail failures today

I have 12 undelivered emails today, all of them with reason "Sending failure: Network error".  I also twice received a really old-looking email that says there's a problem with 3rd party SMTP on mail.bos.netledger.com

Anyone else having issues?  We use Google G Suite for email.
