Setup > Company > General Preference > Date Format DD/MM/YYYY becomes D-Mon-YYYY, Defect
Hi,
I already submitted a case to NetSuite and marked it as the highest possible severity since it's impacting us so much right now but got no reply ATM yet.
Just wanted to check if anyone else have issues about this?
Your current Date Format
Setup > Company > General Preference > Date Format DD/MM/YYYY
will become D-Mon-YYYY for some reason (because of the defect perhaps)
but if you override on the Home > Set Preferences and set it to use DD/MM/YYYY it fixes the issue though yeah an alternate solution is found, it is not feasible because it poses user error who tends to change around their preferences so we locked most of the important Home > Set Preferences globally.
