Suiteanswer issue in EU?

Anyone else getting issues staying logged into Suiteanswers from within the EU?

For the last few days, I'm regularly finding that when I view an article level page, I keep getting an alert "Help is unavailable because your connection has timed out. Please log in to the application and open the help window again" and the page repeatedly refreshing.
