NetSuite access issue - Suiteanswers and Forms

Hi,

We are having alots of issues with NS, we can't access any of our online forms or scripted forms on forms.eu2.netsuite.com, also when I try to go into suiteanswers to raise a case I get punted back to the main login page?

Anyone else experiencing problems?
