SuiteCommerce InStore SCIS after bumpy road for past 8 months
A short history, we have been using SCIS for about 1 year and 2 months. My experience with it goes back 8 months so it was in place when I came on board. As far as the performance goes, it takes about 45 seconds to ring out a single product. That is with occasionally looking away from the screen to acknowledge the customer is still important to us that is standing at the counter. It takes about 5 seconds to scan each product in, about 7 seconds to find a receipt (for a return), and about the same to find
