Test Window for Enforced 2FA for Integrations - When is our window?

I received a notification a while ago (in the Netsuite UI I believe) that our test window for 2FA is for the next 4 hours.  We've tested everything and it seems fine.  Is there a way to confirm that the stricter rules are in fact active on our account at this time?
