Incorrect Customer Name on PDF/Emails
Has anyone seen something similar to this:
Customer record was originally created as a Reseller with an End User. (Customer - 900358:180 Acme) - standard customer record would only show 900xxx, the colon and next 3 digits designates an end user for the reseller.
Sometime in the last month, the Reseller was removed from the customer record and now the only data in the record is for the end user.
When a new quote is generated, all the data is for End user but when viewing the PDF or emailing the quote, the output is from the old Reseller. I cant seem to find where it is pulling the old records from. Everything in the Customer record has been updated to the End user.
