Sticky Notes not working for one employee

Our Accounting department uses Sticky Notes all the time and we have one employee who is unable to view them. She gets the email notifications and I believe she can reply in the email but she can't see them on the record or reply to them from the record. She also is unable to add one. Sticky Notes have just disappeared from her account.

Anyone have any ideas or experienced similar issues? I have checked setup and everything. No one else seems to have this issue.
