Log In Issues This Morning

Has anyone had trouble with users unable to log in this morning?  I've had multiple users get booted off and being asked to log in again.  We were all using Chrome.  One of the users was able to login using IE.  I logged back in to Chrome with no problem.  One of our users rebooted and is still unable to login using IE or Chrome.  When she enters her credentials, the page basically just reloads to the login page.  It doesn't even look like it's spinning trying to connect.  I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.
