Message field on Message Tab in the Attach-Message pop up is not recognizing text typed in to it

Message field on Message Tab in the Attach-Message pop up is not recognizing text typed into it.
Messages > Attach > Message tab > type into Message field > Save

It triggers this error message:

"336959.app.netsuite.com says
"You are about to create a message with a blank body.
Press OK to proceed anyway.
Press Cancel, then select a template file or fill in the message field to correct this."

Proceeding just creates an email record with no body. We recreated in Chrome, Firefox, and IE and on six different computers including one outside of our city. I have dumped my cookies/history/etc and forced java script to reload.
