Full CSV Export--Is it supposed to work?

Just wondering if the Full CSV Export is supposed to work. I have discussed this with Gold Support, they Said "Yes it is supposed to work". I keep getting errors prior to the %complete bar reaches 100%. Gold support states that they have escalated the issue. I guess that it is not that important.

Any insight would help.
