Employee Expired Password Loop (Users can't login) - Case 3309031

Case 3309031

Same error as steven_stewart but with employees.

1. Provide a description of the problem or concern.
Employee could not login. Netsuite said password expired. I reset employee password WITHOUT "checking Require password change on next login".

When user logged in Netsuite wanted the password to change. Upon changing the password it immediately expired. This was a loop - change password, immediately expire.

Then I tried removing all roles and save employee record. This worked fine. When I added the role back and set the password, I received "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."
