Calling Support

Twice in as many business days when calling support I was waiting in the queue for 5-10 minutes and then "Voice testing system bbbbeeeeeeepppppp" and I am hung up on.

Very aggravating!!!  Not a good experience!   Not growing beyond...the status quo.  In fact it is well below the status quo.
