Websites are down - 503 error - Service Temporarily Unavailable

Our websites went down about 10 minutes ago. We have two accounts in the NA3 data center. Both sites are producing 503 Errors. [h=1]Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.[/h] Anyone else experiencing this?
