Getting "401 - Failed to retrieve data from Netsuite" error with a Restlet integration

Since the 2019.1 release, we started getting this error message with an integration that one of our employees uses via the command line.  The Restlet was built by another company, so we are slowly working our way through it.  The Restlet is pretty basic, it's just pulling info from an invoice record.

Has anyone else has had any 401 error messages with their integrations?  The only feature we noticed that was auto-enabled by the System was the SuiteAnalytics Workbook.  Was hoping someone would have some ideas to help us trace this error.  Thanks in advance
