Help integrating NS with other CRM package
My company is currently planning on implementing Netsuite for our external sales reps only, to provide them with the ability to access pending appointments and cold call leads remotely. Our internal operations are currently conducted using GoldMine (version 6.7) with a SQL back end as our CRM system, and will remain that way. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way (or any way short of manually re-entering everything) to get prospect data and (already established) pending activity into Netsuite (using any combination of csv files, xml importing, etc.) so that the reps can access the information? I
