Importing Customer Database - Give Access, Username, Password

We wish to upload our customer database from our Yahoo! based site to our new NetSuite based site. Unfortunately, we are having troubles including customer Login-IDs (Usernames), Give Access, and Passwords.
Any help to upload this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
