Item Import - Key Fields need importing...

My first post but an important one.  The following inherent fields are not on the import template.

CLASS
Manufacturer
MPN
AVG Cost

I want to load the above information with my Item Import.  I have over 20,000 sku's to import so manual entry is out of the question.  Can someone help me to figure out how to get these fields in with the item import?
