importing purchase order from Excel

Hi guys,

I am entering a purchase order with 2000+ items and I don't have to tell you that it is taking forever. I am half way done and now each item added takes about 30 sec... do the math!
Anyway, I would like to know if there is a simple way to import my purchase order from my excel sheet. I would really appreciate some help.
