ALL csv fields with Ampersand failing after maintenance last night

Hi all,

We are just doing some basic product imports, but all of my fields that have Ampersands in them are failing after the downtime last night.  Examples of such fields are "Site Category 1" set as "Dresses & Skirts."  Apparel size option "Big & Tall - 3XL", etc.

Please note that ALL of these items imported without any troubles prior to the update last night.

Hope there is a solution to this.
