Export - Microsoft Excel not xls?
We have been running into a issue in house with the "Export - Microsoft Excel" button on Saved Searches saving XLS as XML.
It looks like a normal XLS worksheet but when you send it to other people it opens blank.
Run a saved search then:
Step 1) Hover over the arrow on the Export to CSV button
Step 2) Click Export - Microsoft Excel.
Step 3) Click Save.
Step 4) Open Saved spreadsheet.
Step 5) Click File Save As...
When you click Save As, Excel sees it as an XLM file not XLS?
Is this happening to anyone else? We have to do a Save As and make it an XLS everytime we need to send it to our Accounting or Marketing staff.
