Notes import has 40 character entity limit?
Hi
This one has me getting splinters as I scratch my head.
In importing a huge file of notes, I am using the exact same name as the entity (company name) so the notes automatically get assigned against the correct entity.
I get the following error message:
"The field entity contained more than the maximum number ( 40 ) of characters allowed."
How can my entity be limited to 40 characters when my entity name (company name) is not?
How on earth do I get these records to associate to the correct entity if I cannot use the correct entity name?
No surprise when I chopped the 41st+ characters off the entity name, I get invalid entity error message.
