Issues Importing Prospects and Contacts Together

Since our account was updated to NS 2007.1, we are having issues importing Prospects and Contacts together.

I've double, triple, quadruple checked my Entry Forms for Contacts, and Address is set to "Show".

Specifically, the Contact Address book is no longer displaying during Field Mapping.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or has anyone had this issue and resolved it?
