I Would Like To Import Activites
We are starting a telemarketing campaign and have a need for call lists. Assigning Phone Call Activities to all of the telemarketers would be ideal since they can mark them completed as they are finished and we can track their progress. I can't find any way to do that except one at a time which is way too slow to be practical.
I would like to be able to take my list of the hundreds of Customers in NetSuite that we need to contact and import Phone Call Activities for each of them. Right now, I see no way to import Activities. Am I missing something?
