XML Import Open Invoice

Anyone have existing code that I can modify, or know of someone that can write the code to bring in open invoices?  Have no knowlege of XML & have about 200 invoices I need to bring over on a new install.
Any help much appreciated, need to get done next week or else we will manually enter.
