Importing Leads Fails When Web Page Included

I am working with a trade show list, trying to import the list into NETSUITE as leads.  Any record that includes a Web Page address fails with the following error:  You do not have permissions to set a value for element url due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases. 

I noticed that leads can be classified as either Individuals or Companies.  When marked as a company a field appears for a Web Address, but when market as individual no web page entry field is displayed.
