Importing Bins

Hi, we are about to start using bins and we have 1500 bin locations that we need to get into our account. I dont really fancy doing this manually and Netsuite does not offer CSV import for this. Ive been advised to try and do this by XML. Does anyone have any experience with this or able to offer any help. Thanks.
