Update Contact - Error: Primary Name not found or mapped
I am trying to update a custom field on contact records that already exist in my NetSuite account using the update feature on the import tool. When I try to update I get an error that says the "primary name" is not found or not mapped. I can't find a "Primary name" field so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have tried first and last names as well as the "contact" field which I believe is the concatenated name.
