Data Import Tool with duplicate management

Hi, we have a requirement to import from 1000 to 100000 leads to Netsuite in batch lots up to 20000 records at a time, and perform this daily or weekly, across multiple subsidiaries for OneWorld.
Has anyone got or used a tool for a similar function? Thanks.
